Fruit Helps Breathing

Fresh fruit consumption was linked to lung health in a recent study.

Frequient consumption of fresh fruit was shown to increase lung health among children by 4.3%.
Additionally, those who did not eat fresh fruit were 25% more likely to develop wheezing problems.

A link between lung health and vegetable consumption was also found, but it was weaker than that with fresh fruit.
